Casting and Rehearsals

I received the email indicating the role that my child has been cast in. My child accepts this role and will be joining the cast of "Into the Woods"
I understand that rehearsals will be held weekly (starting 2/23) on Sundays from 12:00-3:00 or 4:00 PM. Rehearsals may be extended as needed as the performances approach. Some additional rehearsals may be added for some students, but we will work around your child's availability. I understand that my child is expected to be at rehearsals barring illness, emergency, or approved conflicts (please fill out our conflict sheet as far in advance as possible).
Mandatory technical rehearsals will be held from 6/11 through 6/17 (off on 6/14) from 4:00-8:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00-6:00 on Sunday, 6/15. Any unmissable conflicts should be reported as soon as possible so we can work around them. Thank you!
I understand that my child must be actively enrolled in at least one technique class (acting, vocal, or dance) through PYT and/or our sister program, The Dance Loft, in order to participate in this production.
Performance Availability
Students who are triple-cast will appear in two performances of "Into the Woods" and students double-cast will appear in three. All students will appear in at least one Sunday show and one weeknight show. Students who are part of our Featured Dance Ensemble (auditions on 2/23) will appear in all shows. Please check the following boxes to indicate availability for our planned performance dates. Please note that call time for students will be 2.5 hours before their first show of the day, so please mark your calendar accordingly (times listed below are the actual show times). Our show is roughly one hour and 20 minutes long and has no intermission.
Wednesday, June 18th @ 6:30 PM (one show)
Thursday, June 19th @ 6:30 PM (one show)
Friday, June 20th @ 6:30 PM (one show)
Sunday, June 22nd @ 12:00 PM, @ 3:30 PM, and @ 6:30 PM.
Payment

The participation fee for "Into the Woods" is $145 per month (5 payments billed via Autopay at the end of the month February through June). Additional fees include a $25 script fee (students can keep their scripts), fees associated with costuming which will be billed closer to the performance dates (and will be reduced based on parent fundraising), and ticket fees for audience members ($30 per ticket for adults and $25 per ticket for children under 14).
